The world is filled with people who have little or no idea, who they truly are or what they truly want or where they intend to go. Nor do they grasp, how far they can reach in life.

In today's world, where interconnectedness is at it's peak, it is very easy to get lost in the crowd. To lose track of who we are! It is very easy to accept the definition of others and cage ourself in a shackle of despair, bound by the fear of who approves or disapproves of us.

We measure our worth by the number of likes our photos gets on social media, forgetting that no matter of likes or followers can truly describe, how much we are worth.

The pressure from the media, does not aid your plight! As each day, the picture of a 'perfect' celebrity makes us feel small and insignificant! We run around, trying to acquire the latest this and the latest that. But feel empty when we have acquired them. For we crave what material things can never satisfy. SELF ESTEEM!

Whose Voice Controls Your Life? Social media? Your Friends?  Family? Co Workers?  Online Bullies? Who Exactly Holds The Key To Your Happiness?

This deep hunger, this emptiness you feel is as a result of defining yourself with the words others have used to describe you. This deep hunger is caused by your constant attempt to be loved and liked! To please those who do not even care about you!

Make a commitment today, to love yourself without apology, without reservation! Love yourself completely and wholly not withstanding your weaknesses.

“Never be bullied into silence. Never allow yourself to be made a victim. Accept no one’s definition of your life, but define yourself.”
