WHY DO PEOPLE HATE FOR NO REASON


Martin  Luther King Jr famously said;

"Let no man pull you so low as to hate him." 


We live in a world filled with people, who are dissatisfied with their own lives, people fighting different battles, people who are looking for reprieve and people who are looking for who to transfer their frustrations and aggressions on.

So you wonder, why does he or she hate me? I have never done him or her any harm? I have never wronged him or her in any way. Yet, they hate me.

The hate people carry, has nothing to do with you, it may be directed at you, yes. But it is not connected to you, especially when you have not hurt them. Many people have unsolved trauma, personal troubles, and insecurities they are dealing with.

So What can you do?

You can resort to not hating them back, do not play their game, do not allow hate into your heart, protect and shield your heart with love. Hence, stop wasting your time, trying to rationalize their feelings, stop going out of your way to please them or make them 'like you'. Move on with your life and realise that not everyone will you like you and that is okay.
